Tea Tree & Charcoal Triple Butter Shave Soap
Made with natural Tea Tree essential oil and activated charcoal.
The scent on this soap is “medicinal” and dark, with a somewhat “pine tar” fragrance. Sounds a bit bold but this shave soap was made for a purpose.
I made a Tea Tree & Charcoal bath soap for our daughter and myself. Years of struggling with expensive prescription and non-prescription skin products had us frustrated to say the least. A search for an alternative, natural solution lead me to Tea Tree essential oil and Activated Charcoal. We started using it as a facial cleanser and the improvement in our skin was noticeable within days. Suffice to say, these two ingredients combined have been a game changer for us.
So what makes these two ingredients so special?
*Tea Tree essential oil is commonly found in natural skin care products. It’s known for its natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties.
*Activated charcoal is widely used in skin care products, such as facial soaps and masks. Its natural detoxifying properties helps to draw out, and wash away impurities in the skin.
As a wet shaver, it made sense to me to create a shave soap that could offer the same skin loving benefits as the bath soap.
When you combined Tea Tree Essential oil and activated charcoal with the skin conditioning oils and butters already found in our shave soap, you have one skin loving shave!

Our Triple Butter Shave Soap is made with shea, kokum and mango butters. It produces a luxurious lather that is super slick, with an ultra creamy “yogurt like” consistency. It’s also formulated to be softer, more like a “croap”, so it’s easier to scoop out and place in your favorite shave bowl or mug.
Our shave soaps are hand poured. Each jar contains approx. 4 oz.
Ingredients: Distilled Water (Aqua), Stearic Acid, RSPO Palm Oil (Elaeis Guineensis Oil), Potassium Hydroxide, Kokum Butter (Garcinia Indica Seed Butter), Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Fruit Butter), Essential Oil (Parfum), Vegetable Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Mango Butter (Mangifera Indica Seed Butter), Activated Charcoal, Kaolin Clay
